Flex@PHOENIX: Hybrid solution to create a flexible working environment that includes variable start times, ability to work offsite and paid time off. 

Work from Away: A program that allows Corporate associates to work from anywhere—the beach, café or friend's home—one week of every quarter. 

Parental Leave: Provides associates 6-8 weeks for childbirth recovery and 6 weeks for bonding following birth or adoption of a child.

Employee and Education Assistance: Our bereavement policy allows associates to take time off for loss of a family member, friend, pet or miscarriage. We’re proud to offer financial assistance to help with the cost of adoption and tuition reimbursement for undergraduate and graduate courses or certifications.
