Step 1

Application & Setup Company Profile Page

You will participate in an interview and complete our application to create your culture profile. Following this, you will administer the Love Of Workplace Index™ Pulse Validation to your employees, a quick and straightforward process that takes only 3-4 minutes and is designed to avoid employee fatigue.

Step 2

Create & Distribute the Love Of Workplace Index™ Pulse Validation to Employees

Once you have completed your profile, you will be given your own unique URL for your Love Of Workplace Index® Pulse Validation. Just copy the link and send it to employees to complete. The results will be confidential, and no personally identifiable information is required or collected.

Step 3

Evaluation

After finishing the process, we compile all responses, including those from the written application and any additional research. Companies can earn Most Loved Workplace® certification in over ten areas such as diversity, inclusion, belonging, career advancement, support for veterans, volunteering, and wellbeing, among others. If your company does not qualify for certification, you can still use the collected data to initiate improvements that have been shown to boost employee morale and motivation.

Step 4

Certification

Once certified, your verified Most Loved Workplace® profile page will be available. Certified companies become eligible to take advantage of additional data insights, action planning, and badging licensing rights for use in digital and in-print for branding, marketing, and ESG efforts for a fee.

Promote Your Certification to the World

All premium certified companies will appear on the Most Loved Workplace® company profiles. Press release, and additional licensing and branding assets can be placed on the page, along with a career and job widget, and various opportunities for marketing and branding.

How long does the application and employee pulse take?

The application takes about 1 to 2 minutes. The Love Of Workplace Index Pulse Validation takes about 3 to 4 minutes for each employee and is designed to avoid survey fatigue.

How do employees get the survey and is it confidential?

After you create your culture profile, you receive a unique survey URL. Share that link with employees by email, chat, or your intranet. Responses are confidential and no personally identifiable information is required or collected.

What happens after employees complete the pulse?

Most Loved Workplace compiles survey responses with your written application and any additional research. Based on the evidence, your company may earn certification, including recognition in more than ten areas such as diversity, inclusion, belonging, career advancement, veterans support, volunteering, and wellbeing.

What if we do not qualify for certification on the first try?

You still get the aggregated insights from your pulse. Many companies use this data to target improvements that boost morale and motivation, then reapply when ready.

What do we receive if we are certified?

You get a verified Most Loved Workplace profile page. Certified companies can access additional data insights, action planning support, and licensing rights for badges and assets for digital and print use in branding, marketing, and ESG.

Are there fees beyond the application?

Certified companies can opt into premium items such as deeper analytics, action planning tools, and licensing for badges and other branding assets. These carry program fees.

How do we promote our certification once awarded?

Premium certified companies appear on the Most Loved Workplace company profiles. You can add a press release, branding assets, a careers and jobs widget, and other marketing placements to showcase your achievement.
