Funnel has a solid and reliable product that our customers love. The Company is at the pre-IPO stage of it’s growth journey, so it’s an exciting time preparing to become a listed company. Our market is growing year on year, with a lot of potential for Funnel to take more market share.

All employees were invited to surveys and workshops when we reshaped our values in 2022 and 2023. Everyone could voice and share their opinions. We believe values should be ever-evolving, just like our employees. Therefore we will continue to regularly revisit our values as we grow and change.

Transparency is key at Funnel - our CEO shares transparently the company strategy, growth, and vision, more so than is usual. Our CEO is in the office daily connecting with employees and teams across the company.

Weekly all-company meetings with a shared agenda - anyone can submit topics and present, always ending with an open Q&A run by the CEO. Open slack channels = our default communication, ensuring everyone is kept informed and can voice opinions. A twice annual survey includes inclusion and psychological safety indices, and an anonymous text box to the CEO and Chief People Officer.

We are working together at the office, within our team, with other teams but also with other Funnel offices around the world. There are cross-collaboration projects to enhance the user experience across the customer journey, from first contact to using Funnel on a daily basis.
