Evaluation Process

Our evaluation process combines deep human insight, large-scale employee data, and proprietary machine learning analysis (developed by Best Practice Institute) to identify the companies where people truly love to work.

Step 1. Executive & Leadership Insight Collection

  • We interviewed over 1,000 HR and business leaders across industries to identify today’s most influential culture and engagement drivers — including trust-building, inclusive leadership, growth enablement, and emotional connection.

Step 2. Employee Experience Surveying

  • We collected insights from more than 2.8 million employees across 25+ industries using the proprietary Love of Workplace Index™ (LOWI). This survey evaluates 28 core items tied to emotional connection, including:

      • • Systemic Collaboration
      • • Respect at Every Level
      • • Positive Future Vision
      • • Value Alignment
    • • Performance Recognition

Step 3. AI-Driven Sentiment Analysis

  • Using advanced natural language processing and machine learning, we analyzed open-ended employee feedback to detect emotional tone, patterns of trust, and cultural markers such as belonging, growth, and leadership effectiveness.

Step 4. Public Culture & Brand Validation

  • Each organization underwent a comprehensive review of publicly available information—news coverage, social media presence, Glassdoor reviews, and brand perception over the past 18 months—to confirm internal data and flag discrepancies that may affect credibility

Step 5. Scoring & Recognition Decision

  • Companies were scored using our proprietary Love of Workplace Index™ , which integrates both qualitative and quantitative data sources directly from employees. Organizations that demonstrated a consistent ability to foster strong emotional connection and workplace excellence earned national recognition as a Most Loved Workplace®.
