Curiosity fuels his continuous learning and bold thinking, especially as we transform into our next horizon of AI innovation. A champion of Innovation, Alessio helped drive our growth from $1M to over $200M ARR, guiding Docebo through global expansion and public listings on both the TSX and Nasdaq, and has architected and guided our AI-first strategy. He is also the driving force behind our “Let’s Go” mentality—uniting the entire company to move fast, work collaboratively, and build the future of learning together. Most importantly, Alessio has always kept our customers and employees at the center of everything we do, which is key to Docebo’s enduring success and impressive growth over the past 20 years. True to our value of Togetherness, we design, build, and deliver products for our customers and experiences for our employees that generate strong customer and employee loyalty.
