Our CEO also has an open-door policy. Any employee, community member, customer, is welcome to visit the CEO’s office, located in the lobby of our main office. He also keeps himself in rotation on the Saturday schedule to work at our main office, which he has done for 36 years.
The bank has a policy of always encouraging open and honest feedback no matter your position or role within the bank. Some examples of encouraging this practice include suggestion box on employee intranet, regular branch visits and meetings with the opportunity for questions/feedback, and a constant open-line of communication with management and the bank’s leadership team.
