During our weekly All Hands meetings, we share our company wins, campaigns, new hires, critical program and transformation updates, and Ask Me Anything, where employees can submit anonymous questions answered by our most senior leaders. We seek feedback from our employees year-round through our Annual Engagement Survey and Pulse Surveys. The feedback is then published, allowing us to identify recurring themes and take action. Additionally, our Culture Club plays a pivotal role in driving change based on the feedback we receive.

Our employees collaborate through Slack, Zoom, Agile Methodologies (POD structures, Sprints, Retrospectives, etc.). We hold weekly All Hands meetings where we share our company wins, campaigns, new hire introductions, critical program updates, transformation updates, and hold an Ask Me Anything at the end. We hold a monthly Strategy Sesh to share our OKRs, and financial results.

In response to increased market volatility, we transitioned to quarterly bonus payouts and we are delighted to share that we paid a bonus every quarter for two years! One unique feature about IPSY is that all of our employees are participants in our stock option program, which underscores the ownership mentality shared amongst the team. We are proud of our diversity and inclusion and believe that extends to our pay structures as well. We are committed to transparency and aspire to be a leader in our communities around equitable pay. We include pay ranges in our job descriptions not just for compliance, but because ensuring fair compensation for women and marginalized groups is the right thing to do.
