Our recent cultural transformation renewed a sense of joy and imagination, further inspiring client, and internal relationships. This year, we hosted our inaugural Unisys Community Month, during which more than 20 Unisys office locations and over 250 employees across the globe volunteered 950 hours in their communities.
Peter joined the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion, rallying business leaders to cultivate a welcoming work environment for people across all backgrounds. He signed the Women’s Empowerment Principles to make public our commitment to advancing gender equity in the workplace. He reinforced a commitment to the “Valuable 500”, a partnership of 500 companies aimed at working together to end disability exclusion. He led the Unisys brand relaunch, including an internal mantra called our “Winning Culture” which pushes our employees to reimagine the status quo through core aspirational behaviors.
We believe open dialogues and encouragement foster innovative solutions, ideas, and approaches. We have significantly increased our two-way internal communications channel and achieved 20% growth in engagement with employees. We actively encourage diverse opinions through our Associate Interest Groups (AIG), wellness platforms, DEI council and initiatives, Winning Culture Ambassador program, and learning and development programs.
